Disney Insider

ROLE
Executive Producer / Showrunner — Creative Direction, Story Development, Team Leadership, Production + Post Oversight

The Challenge

Disney Insider began as a fast-turn behind-the-scenes show: arrive with a camera, capture an interview and give audiences a look at what The Walt Disney Company was making.

Disney+ wanted something more elevated: richer stories, deeper access and a cinematic approach worthy of the platform.

The Approach

Go beyond what Disney was making to find the people and stories behind it.

We shifted the series toward character-driven storytelling, pairing deeper editorial development with stronger visual craft. Instead of defaulting to the executive overseeing a project, we looked for the artists, creators and craftspeople actually making it, then built each segment around what made their story worth telling.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

  • Found the human story
