What’s Next

I'm drawn to stories that start in the familiar and veer into something deeper—quietly subversive, emotionally intelligent, and built around characters we think we know until we don't. The projects below are in development and reflect the kind of work I want to make: narratively sharp, thematically layered, and sometimes uncomfortable in the best way. Whether I'm writing, developing, or directing, my focus is always on creative choices that feel intentional, emotionally precise, and visually compelling.

Projects in Development

Permissions

  • Format: Short film or limited series pilot (written and looking to direct)

  • Genre: Relationship drama / Psychological twist

  • Tone: Intimate, edgy, grounded, provocative

  • Logline: A seemingly standard first date takes a sharp, uncomfortable turn when an unexpected reveal shifts the entire dynamic of the evening—and neither person walks away unchanged.

  • Theme: Explores assumptions, consent, and gendered double standards without ever moralizing.

Untitled Court TV Project

  • Format: Half-hour dramedy (written)

  • Genre: Workplace / Character-driven

  • Tone: Sharp, witty, emotionally grounded—think Hacks with gavels

  • Logline: Set behind the scenes of a daytime court TV show, this series follows the lives of the people who produce televised justice while navigating their own professional chaos and private contradictions.

  • Inspiration: Loosely inspired by my own time in Court TV. Straddles the line between absurdity and authenticity.

I’m interested in character-first stories that ask uncomfortable questions—without giving easy answers.

I’m currently open to creative development partnerships, directing opportunities, writing collaborations, and pitch-friendly projects.
